PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the power-on time of a plurality of communication terminals is long to consume more power because the communication terminals are subjected to the power-on to start contention just after a beacon frame when a management terminal stores a frame to the communication terminals in a power save state. SOLUTION: When a communication terminal determines that the management terminal stores a frame to the communication terminal itself by a frame from the management terminal, the communication terminal transmits a transmission request frame that requests the stored frame to be transmitted at optional timing to thereby eliminate contention of all of the communication terminals with stored frames to transmit a transmission request frame just after a beacon frame so that power consumption can be made small because the power-on time can be shortened.
