PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system, a navigation device, and a program capable of giving guidance information by accurately determining a body condition of a user in a vehicle. SOLUTION: A server 10 installed in a home 3 of a user, detects a behavior or a body condition of each user in the home 3 via a detection sensor 15 and stores it to an individual information data table 62 in an individual information DB 19B by each user. A CPU 41 of the navigation device 2 mounted on a vehicle 4 identifies a driver via a driver identification device 51. A CPU 11 acquires individual information relating to a behavior or a condition of a driver in a home 3 of the driver from the server 10, and gives the guidance information via a liquid crystal display 25 or a speaker 26 in accordance with the individual information.
