PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid which has been suction-discharged together with air bubbles from a liquid feeding flow passage from splashing to the surroundings after the completion of the suction. SOLUTION: In an exhausting unit 64 which is installed on a subsidiary tank 4, a communication passage 66 which is branched from a vertical flow passage 61 in the subsidiary tank 4, and an opening/closing valve 67 which opens/closes the communication passage 66 are installed. Also, the communication passage 66 is always covered with an exhaust cap 78, and the opening/closing valve 67 is open/close-driven by an opening/closing driving mechanism 83 from the outside of the exhaust cap 78. In addition, with the exhaust cap 78, one end of an exhaust flow passage consisting of tubes 79 and 21 for exhausting air bubbles in the subsidiary tank 4 is connected.
