FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction materials production. Method for moulding of construction, multi-layer products from concrete mixes includes sequential laying of horizontal concrete mix layers on mold bottom, soaking of molded product in mold till it obtains stripping strength and further stripping. At that product moulding is done with its external surface down, moulding of front layer from fine-grained concrete mix is done at mold bottom, afterwards intermediate mesh is laid on the latter in the form of perforated mesh diagram with cell size of 4-9 mm and thickness of 0.1-2.0 mm, which is later recessed by means of roll-on flush with underlying layer and is used as base for laying and moulding of the next layer. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of construction products. ^ 3 cl, 4 dwg |
