PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing and ironing can coating film which can be used as a laminate film for two-piece can, is excellent in molding processing in can manufacturing and is excellent in impact resistance upon low-temperature storage and upon transferring, to provide a film laminate metal plate, and to provide a film laminate metal container. SOLUTION: The drawing and ironing can coating film includes a base material layer comprising polyester-based resin and a cover layer comprising a non-aqueous curable resin disposed on the base material layer, and a wax is contained by 500 ppm or more in the film comprising a polyester-based resin composition prepared by compounding a polyester (A) having ethylene terephthalate as a main constitutional component, of 10 to 90 wt.% and a crystalline polyester (B) different from the polyester (A), of 90 to 10 wt.%, wherein the ratio w/h of half band width w (°C) of recrystallization peak (Tc2) to height h (mW) upon temperature falling in the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) in the base material layer is 2.30 (°C/mW) or less and, further, a coat layer thickness after drying of the non-aqueous curable resin lies in the range of 500 nm to 5,000 nm.
