PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction method for excluding an improper value from a time-series two-dimensional distribution data so as to accurately know temporal changes in the two-dimensional distribution data.SOLUTION: A correction method according to the invention corrects two-dimensional distribution data using a method consisting of: a step 1 of dividing two or more pieces of time-series two-dimensional distribution data into three or more areas with setting a range having the same target as the same area, and determining a data representing value with respect to each of the areas; a step 2 of calculating a variation in the respective areas from the representing values at the time of last measurement and at the time of this measurement; a step 3 of calculating an average and a standard deviation of the representing values for the respective areas; a step 4 of excluding the representing value that deviates to the average value by a value obtained by multiplying the standard deviation by a coefficient; a step 5 of calculating an average in the areas that is not excluded on the basis of the representing value not excluded in the step 4; and a step 6 of correcting the variation of the respective areas by subtracting the average obtained in the step 5 from the variation obtained in the step 2. |
