PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for matching more appropriate respondent in the system for a set of users to mutually inquire and answer.SOLUTION: A contribution server receives from a first user terminal, and stores, contribution data containing a discretionary message and first positional information that is positional information of the first user terminal. A second user terminal obtains an inquiry sentence described in a natural language and transmits to a management server an inquiry set constituted by the inquiry sentence and second positional information representing a spot correlated with the inquiry sentence. In the case of obtaining plural pieces of contribution data stored in the contribution server and receiving the inquiry set from the second user terminal, the management server determines a respondent candidate that is a candidate for answering the inquiry on the basis of the second positional information contained in the inquiry set, the first positional information contained in the contribution data, and a result of comparing between the inquiry sentence and the message contained in the contribution data, and transfer the inquiry sentence to the first user terminal possessed by the extracted respondent candidate. |
