A corrugated cardboard box constructed from a corrugated cardboard plate. In the corrugated cardboard box (D), a lid plate (8) and inner and outer side plates (4, 5) on the left and right of the box can be individually opened and closed, so that an article can be placed into and retrieved from the box from three sides, or the top, left, and right sides. Circular arc surfaces (7R, 6bR) are formed at outer corners of each inner bottom plate (7) and each flap (6b) that are connected to the outer plate (5), and this facilitates opening and closing operation of the outer plate (5) having the inner bottom plate (7) and the flap (6b). The box can be simply and easily built up and allows, while maintaining high strength, placement and retrieval of an article from the box from the three sides, the top, left, and right sides. Further, the left and right side plates can be easily opened and closed. |
