FIELD: communication devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technology. Proposed is a mobile communication system where modules are embedded into mobile telephones. Within the common area covered by the communication system, there is at least one subscriber region within which, under special conditions, there is communication with mobile telephones, and devices, through which it can be established whether the mobile telephone is located in the subscriber region.
