FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: cervical intervertebral prosthesis with two closing plates of a support point of a vertebral body to attach to the adjacent vertebral body and with a hinge insert. The latter forms with one closing plate of the support point of the vertebral body a hinge with one concave surface on the hinge insert and a reciprocal convex hinge on the closing plate of the support point of the vertebral body and resting against another closing plate on a sliding surface. The latter is essentially parallel to the closing plate of the support point of the vertebral body and provides relative mobility on this surface surrounded with a wall that limiting this relative mobility. The bent hinge surface covers encloses the hinge surface at the spatial angle at least equal to 90, and its part, located within this spatial angle, is inside of a groove surrounded with a wall. ^ EFFECT: invention provides sufficient stability, also in case of weak ligaments. ^ 11 cl, 3 dwg |
