PURPOSE: A method of producing a liquid crystal polyester resin composition and the liquid crystal polyester resin composition produced thereby is provided to steadily manufacture a pellet of the liquid crystal polyester resin composition. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing a liquid crystal polyester resin composition comprises the following steps: supplying a biaxial extrusion assembly including a cylinder(4) with a biaxial screw installed in the inside of a supply opening; supplying liquid crystal polyester and titanium oxide filler to the cylinder through the supply opening; melting and mixing the liquid crystal polyester and the titanium oxide filler in the inside of the cylinder with a temperature under (Tm-10) deg C.
