FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be sued in hydro hammers for sheet-metal forming. Hydro hammer comprises cylinder with fluid and plunger, guide tubes, drop weight, table, platform with cylindrical chambers filled by fluid to 0.1 to 1000 mm. Said chambers house plungers, their lower surface resting upon table and upper surface thrusting against fluid in cylindrical chambers, and punch. Drop weight represents top platform, brackets welded to platform bottom and coupled with plungers, lower platform with cylindrical chambers, flexible element and double-action punch. Said weight dropping down, fluid pressure in lower platform increases, flexible element and deformed sheet are pressed in double-action punch cavity and sheet arranged on punch upper surface is formed. ^ EFFECT: higher precision of forming, longer life of tooling, reduced vibration. ^ 1 dwg |
