<p>Title cpds. are of formula (I):- (where R1 and R2 = H or (1-4C) alkyl, and R3 = morpholino opt. subst. by 0-3 (1-8C) alkyl; tautomers of I, and salts of I. I are prepd. (a) by oxidn. of the reduced form with a perbenzoic acid, opt. subst. by (0-5) hal, (1-6C) alkyl, (1-6C) O alkyl, or NO2; or (b) by condensing cyanoguanidine and a hydroxylamine salt in the pres. of a strong base, e.g. KOBu.</p> |
