FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.SUBSTANCE: disclosed are recombinant single-domain nano-antibodies (VHH) obtained based on antibodies double-humbed camel (Camelus bactrianus) and specifically binding mouse protein F4/80. Nano-antibodies are characterised by amino acid sequences.
