FIELD: acoustics; oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: acoustic device for gathering of oil and oil products from water surface includes a housing with an inlet hole and a header, system of float gages providing buoyancy attached to the housing by the brackets, circulation pump with pup joint, reservoir for gathering of oil products, connected by a flexible hose with pup joint of the circulation pump, power source, connected to the circulation pump and ultrasonic generator, connected to source of ultrasound submerged under water surface and directed on the boundary of oil layer with water. Housing is equipped with a weight controlling level of edges of the inlet hole on the boundary of oil and water. In the housing around the header there is a tight cavity, where a power source and an ultrasonic generator are located. Ultrasound source is made in the form of the ultrasonic emitters arranged along the circle nearby the inlet hole of the header under sliding angle to the boundary of oil layer with water. Level of edges of the header inlet hole is set at the boundary of oil and water.EFFECT: increase of efficiency of gathering of oil film from water surface.1 cl, 1 dwg |
