PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image display device, and an image processing method, which can display an image with the depth as appropriate.SOLUTION: An image processing device (control unit 4) includes an object identifying unit 44 that identifies an object included in the image data, a depth information acquisition unit 45 that acquires the depth information of the object, and an image processing unit 46 that executes the sharpening process on the object with the intensity according to the depth information acquired by the depth information acquisition unit 45.
