The invention relates to an X-ray detector unit comprising an X-ray image processing chain. Within said X-ray image processing chain, in the X-ray detector unit and next to an X-ray image generating unit, an X-ray image correction unit clears, inter alia, an applied X-ray photograph for an X-ray image, of artifacts. X-ray image processing procedures can be implemented individually for each patient by means of a downstream X-ray image editing unit. |
