A wrapping apparatus for sealing articles to be packed in a pair of thermoplastic resin films, the films being rolled on a pair of upper and lower rolls. The apparatus includes a cutter means for cutting the films and a heat-sealing means for thermally sealing the articles therein at the periphery of the cut films.
