As shown, the supports 14 comprise three circumferentially spaced zones of the plate 12 which have been stamped out of the plane of the plate 12 whilst the support 24 comprises an annular rib pressed out of the plate 12. Alternatively or additionally the radially outer support may be pressed out of the plate 10 or may comprise a spacer between the plates 10, 12. The clutch plate is connected to a flange 19 of a driven hub 18 by the usual damper springs 20. Friction dampers 26, 27 are also provided.</p> |
