摘要 The invention relates to methods and devices for verification of authenticity of securities and may be used to identify authenticity of banknotes, financial documents, IDs and other essential documents. The method to check the authenticity of securities, where a security element, which represents a section of a security, is examined with a light flow, passing from a source of light to a receiving device, characteristics of paper texture are determined, the result of registration is compared to reference characteristics, obtained from reference testing and saved in the data base, besides, matched characteristics are used as confirmation of authenticity of a security, characterized in that during identification of a security they detect location of a security element set by coordinates and/or a typographic criterion, the image is registered with resolution of at least 1200 pixels per inch, at the same time the texture of the security element is determined on the basis of the pattern image projected to a receiving device, formed by closest 1-6 layers of fibre in the internal texture of the paper, and the security element is the section, dimensions of which exceed the transverse size of the paper fibre at least twice. In one version of device design for method implementation, which represents a mobile telephone, a source of light and a receiving device are mounted coaxially in different parts of the body, the receiving device is implemented in the form of a flat photosensor, having resolving capacity of at least 1200 pixels per inch. In other version of device implementation the receiving device is made in the form of a flat photosensor, having resolution ability of at least 1200 pixels per inch, the source of light is located near the contour of the photosensor, at the same time the device is equipped with a facility to press the security to the photosensor, reflecting the light flow emitted by the source, to the photosensor. At the same time, in both versions of device implementation, the protective layer of the photosensor is implemented in the form of a light guiding plate, comprising light-conducting elements that send light flux on the surface of the light sensitive layer. The result achieved from implementation of the proposed invention consists in provision of simplicity, improved reliability and validity of verification of securities' authenticity.
