The invention relates to technical systems for purifying water using a recrystallization method and for selling portions of meltwater to the public, and can be used in the food industry and in trade. The technical result of the claimed invention is the creation of a high-performance, compact combined mini-facility and vending machine for the purification and sale of portions of meltwater. The combined mini-facility and vending machine contains a housing, in which disposed are, interconnected with one another, an electronic control unit, a water purification apparatus having an end-product dosage dispenser connected to a source-water feed pipe, and a payment acceptance device. The water purification apparatus includes a plurality of thermostated heat-exchange containers for purifying water by a recrystallization method and, connected thereto by a means for discharge of purified water, a thermostat-controlled accumulating reservoir for purified water, a means for filtering and feeding source-water for purification connected by pipelines to heat-exchange reservoirs for water purification, a means for discharge of a liquid concentrate of organic and inorganic admixtures connected to the heat-exchange reservoirs, a plurality of means for water freezing and ice melting, cooling and heating thermoelements of each of which being positioned on the surface of the walls of one or more heat-exchange reservoirs, a means for supply of purified water into container and a means for discharge of unused purified water which are connected to the accumulating container, wherein each of the heat-exchange reservoirs is made of a thermally-conductive material in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped having a flat slotted inner cavity, formed between two oppositely located walls of said reservoir. |
