PROCESS FOR CELLULOSE ACTIVATION

The use: a process for producing activated cellulose can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other branches of industry. The essence of the invention: cellulose is treated with an aqueous solution of sodium tetraborate, then it is filtered, dried at a temperature of 100-105°C within 60 min with further milling to particle size of 10-320 μm, which results in obtaining flowing cellulose powder with high reactivity, the yield is 98.02 wt.%. The proposed process for cellulose activation is environmentally sound.
