Loose fibres drying system - has pulsed delivery of hot air into base of drying vessel to create turbulent effect

Designed for drying synthetic cellulose fibres, a series vertical holding vessels with a trapezoid cross-section are grouped round a shaft, to be brought into the drying position where hot air is passed in from below, with a flow control valve to give a pulsed air delivery of 1-15 pulses/min. This creates turbulence among the loose fibres by the air flow, so that the fibres are loosened and whirled round to be exposed to the hot air, to give an even and consistent drying effect, occupying less space and with lower energy consumption than conventional equipments.
