Packaging paper or cardboard is composed of several laminated fibrous layers, whereby the scratch proof and anti-statically treated layer is composed of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, polyester, polyolefin, PVC or polyamide fibres bonded with cellulose fibres and the other layers which are the carrier layers are composed of cellulose fibres derived from pine wood or deciduous trees.
