The present invention relates to a fixing part structure for holding a terminal, and a vehicle holder using the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, a fixing part structure for holding a terminal, provided as a fixing part structure intended for mounting, on a holder, an object to be held having a mobile terminal form, comprises: a drive member which is configured to be coupled, by a coupling means, to the object to be held and has a drive element formed on the inner side thereof, the position of which is changed by a rotation operation; a first member, a part of which is insertedly installed on the inner side of the drive member and which has a first protruding part; a second member, a part of which is insertedly installed on the inner side of the drive member and which has a second protruding part; and a driven element provided in at least one of the first member and the second member and coupled to the drive element in a mutually-slidable form, wherein the position of at least one member having a driven element between the first member and the second member is changed by a rotation operation of the drive member, and according to the position change, the first protruding part and the second protruding part are configured to achieve a first state in which the first protruding part and the second protruding part are retracted towards each other, and a second state in which the first protruding part and the second protruding part are extended from each other. |
