<p>A polyvinyl chloride composition is prepared from a polyvinyl chloride resin having a weight average molecular weight of about 40,000 to about 90,000 in combination with an organophosphite chelator, a thio-organotin stabilizer, and a lubricant system consisting of a white oil and a microcrystalline petroleum wax. This composition gives a product which is characterized by easy processability, high clarity, and greatly reduced yellowing tendency; thus, minimizing or eliminating the need for a color masking agent (e.g., a blue or violet toner).</p> |
