<p>Anti-mite and/or deodorising device comprises an active solid prod., such as paradichlorobenzene, wwhich sublimes or volatilises under ambient conditions, which is placed in a container consisting of two sheets of non-woven material, such as a felt made from polyvinyl chloride fibres. This container is fixed to a hook for hanging it from a rod or nail. The whole is packed in an external envelope of heat-welded regenerated cellulose. The active prod. can also be enclosed in other forms and container, such as a cup, or it may be placed in a number of cavities formed in a sheet of non-woven material. The active prod. is untouched by hand during use and all staining is avoided because the porous sheets retain any residues remaining after the volatilisation or sublimation of the prod.</p> |
