A ring 2 is mountable on a container 1 and has pivoted thereon a lever 3 having a discharge nozzle and a tube 5 engageable with the container valve stem; in another embodiment the lever has a recess which receives a standard valve button which carries an adapter to engage the valve stem Fig. 4 (not shown). The lever 3 may be swung clear so that a small container may be inserted in the ring and filled from the valve. Guide strips 17 may be provided and also a concentric outer ring of the same diameter as the container 1. In a further embodiment Fig. 6 (not shown) removable means to prevent operation of the lever are provided.
