The trigger mechanism is used for pressurised media-operated sky lights etc. The mechanism, which induces the flow of pressurised media to a power cylinder, can be triggered-off either by a solenoid, manually or by the bursting of a heat-sensitive bulb inserted between the spring loaded push rod and the second part of the assembly containing a toggle lever-type trigger arrangement. The arrangement consists of a spring loaded piston (8) the control valve assembly (5, 6, 7) for the pressurised media, and electromagnetically actuated lever assembly (16), (17) and a heat sensitive bulb (22) inserted into the lever assembly. The toggle lever (16, 18) is kept in an extended position by a stop pin (19, 25). |
