PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas post-processing device and an internal combustion engine mounted with the same capable of: pulverizing a reducing agent or a precursor thereof by mixing micro bubbles thereinto; and mixing a sufficient amount of micro bubbles into the reducing agent or the precursor thereof from start-up time of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: The exhaust gas post-processing device comprises: a urea SCR (selective catalytic reduction) catalyst 5 installed in an exhaust passage 2; a dosing valve 6 which supplies exhaust gas with urea water; a micro bubble generation device 10 which is installed at an upstream side of the dosing valve 6 and mixes micro bubbles into the urea water. The urea water into which the micro bubbles are mixed by the micro bubble generation device 10 is supplied to a supply pipe 9 leading from a storage tank 7 where the urea water is stored to the dosing valve 6. When an engine is started, the urea water with the micro bubbles mixed thereinto is injected through the dosing valve 6. |
