Ambient air is induced into the casing through an aperture 16 beneath the aperture 15 and directed by a curved flow plate 25 and a curved portion of the tube arrangement to prevent the heated air passing to the device in normal operation. The device controls the heating elements via a thermostatic switch 18 and a capillary link. The thermal storage means may be stored positioned in a space within an air chamber 11 and into which the heating elements may extend. |
