<p>The switch contact mechanism has an insulating material case (1) and a push-button (2) which actuates a lever (13) which establishes a circuit between its pivot point (15) and an electrical contact (16). The lever (13) can also operate as a locking device for another lever (14) when the first lever is in its closed position. The levers (13, 14) are fitted to a frame (20) made of brass. The levers (13, 14) are restrained by a spring (31) and are rotated about their pivot points (15, 19) by means of a strip (44) which is part of the push-button (2) and which engages in a recess in the curved end (30, 35) of a lever (13, 14). The curved ends engage each other to form guide ramps and locking members.</p> |
