Economically mass produced grinder and mixer - angled blade in protective hood allowing improved efficiency and easier cleaning

The grinder/mixer is fitted with a drive shaft (4) housed in a protective tube (1) which can be connected to the housing of a handheld electric mixer, a two-winged blade being attached to the lower end of the vertical shaft. This blade which is horizontal is mounted level with the base (10) of the slots (3) which open downwards, in the cylindrical jacket (2) which forms the protective hood in which the blade rotates. In the outer third of the blade the two ends are angled in opposite directions at 40 to 70 deg. to the plane of rotation to form grinding blades. The size of the mixer can be kept relatively small allowing fresh fruit drinks and the like to be prepared without having to use so much power.
