<p>The electrophotographic properties of photoconductive zinc oxide are improved by blending the zinc oxide with a sulphurizing agent in powder, liquid or gaseous form tempering the blend at a temperature in the approximate range 500 DEG to 950 DEG C. for a time of 10 seconds to 3 hours, and rapidly cooling to room temperature.</p> |
