<p>Appts. for wetting filaments with a polymerisable material during the prodn., of containers from a filament reinforced synthetic resin has a wetting chamber contg. the polymerisable material, and devices for guiding the filaments through the chamber. The closed wetting chamber has liq.-tight sealing lips on its inlet and outlet ends for the passage of the filaments, and a filament guide with channels is arranged in front of the inlet side of th wetting chamber. Simple construction, no filament guide being provided in the wetting chamber. A broken thread can be easily joined together, if breakage occurs at any posn. in the appts., so that prodn. stoppages are minimised.</p> |
