1490758 Incinerating closets A SCHESTOPOL 1 April 1975 [3 Sept 1974] 13182/75 Heading E1C In a vehicle powered by an internal combustion engine, liquid waste is drawn from a urine receptacle 4 and injected into the vehicle exhaust pipe 7, upstream or downstream of the silencer 8, by suction created in a venturi tube 1. As shown the venturi tube is part of the exhaust pipe; in a modification, Figs. 3, 4 (not shown), the venturi tube is mounted alongside the exhaust pipe (7) with its mouth open to atmosphere so that suction is created by ram effect when the vehicle is moving forwards, the venturi having an extended and cranked neck (3') feeding into the exhaust pipe. |
