Halogen lamp pumping tube removal machine - has fixtures and electric arc system permanently installed for use with gas filling machine

A machine is used for melting and removing pumping tubes of halogen lamps during manufacture. The machine is specially used when the lamps have a gas pressure in excess of 1.8/normal atmospheric pressure. If used in conjunction with an automatic gas pumping machine and it has a compressed air chamber (1) which is connected to a support (2) of the gas pumping machine. Inside the chamber (1) there is an electric arc welding machine (4) and three electromagnetic fixtures (13, 14). The chamber (1) is supported by a hydraulic ram (10) operated by an electromagnetic valve. A control unit is used to operate the electromagnetic valve and the fixtures, and to bring the chamber (1) to the support (2) and carry out the process of gas filling and tubes removal.
