<p>A locking handle for a window or skylight has a yoke portion at its end, with a rivet (19) through it, to hold a connector (18, 21) made of sheet material and having an eyelet (17) which swings about a pivot pin (22) in turn retained between two eyelets (16) at right angles to the first eyelet. These two eyelets form part of another connector made of sheet material with two arms (14) forming extensions of the two eyelets and retained by a pair of rivets (15) through the arms (12) of a U-shaped channel (11) screwed to the window sash (10). The pivot pin (22) is retained by an L shaped spring (23) with one end (23a) on the pin, and the other end trapped by one of the two securing rivets (15).</p> |
