The present invention describes an environmentally friendly biosynthesis process of silver nanoparticles, which uses Jatropha curcas latex, the latex functionalizing the surface of the silver nanoparticles during the synthesis, which enables the attachment thereof to the cotton garments providing the same with antibacterial properties. The process for incorporating the silver nanoparticles to the cotton garments is performed in an easy manner, also removing the use of reactants that may harm the environment upon scaling the process, also using the Jatropha Curcas plant, which is partially used. |
