FIELD: turbines.SUBSTANCE: turbine rotor comprises inlet and outlet inserts to form the cooling loop. Inlet insert is located in the first axial locking slot of the rotor and has a radial cooling channel, an axial channel and radial channels. Radial cooling channel provides reception of the fluid medium from a downstream location along the primary pass of the turbine, axial channel passes in the lower part of the inlet insert from the radial cooling channel, and radial channels pass from the axial channel and each them extends to the bottom of the arched locking slot of the inlet insert. Outlet insert is located in the second axial locking slot of the rotor and has radial channels, an axial channel and an outlet channel. Each of the radial channels passes from the bottom of the arched locking slot of the outlet insert. Axial channel passes in the lower part of the outlet insert from radial channels, and the outlet channel passes from the axial channel. Another invention of the group refers to a turbine comprising the above said rotor and a stator enveloping it.EFFECT: group of inventions increases efficiency of the turbine rotor cooling and simplifies the design of its cooling loop.16 cl, 7 dwg |
