FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning aquatic media from particles contained therein, having ferro-, para- and diamagnetic properties and can be used in power engineering, including nuclear, metallurgy, chemical and petrochemical industries. High-gradient magnetic filter includes a housing made from nonmagnetic corrosion-resistant material with inlet and outlet nozzles, located outside housing of magnetic system consisting of circular permanent magnets, and arranged on housing inner wall opposite to each magnet outer magnetic system magnetic flux concentrators made of soft magnetic corrosion-resistant material, matrix of corrosion-resistant soft magnetic material and located along axis of housing inner magnetic system, consisting of permanent magnets placed in a sealed jacket made from non-magnetic corrosion-resistant material, on outer side of which opposite each magnet of inner magnetic system there is a concentrator in form of a ring of corrosion-resistant soft magnetic material. Concentrators of outer and inner magnetic systems are made in form of rings, trapezoid or triangular in cross section. Magnets of outer and inner magnetic systems in each magnetic system are interconnected by rigid non-magnetic coupling.EFFECT: high efficiency of cleaning aquatic media and simplified filter regeneration.10 cl, 2 dwg |
