a transistor; and a set of color filters that has at least two different colors, overlaps the transistor, and defines a hole, the hole exposing a portion of the transistor, wherein the set of color filters comprises a first first-color filter and a first second-color filter, wherein a color of the first first-color filter is different from a color of the first second-color filter, wherein the first first-color filter defines a first side of the hole in a plan view of the transistor substrate, wherein the first second-color filter defines a second side of the hole in the plan view of the transistor substrate, and wherein the first first-color filter is longer than the first second-color filter according to a first direction.
