The odd-number line and even-number line are connected to the output of one pneumatic threshold relay or another which have a supply input and control input, the latter making the connection between supply input and output when the pressure is below the pressure threshold. The even-number line is connected to the control input of one relay. A constant pressure is applied to the supply input of the other relay. This relays control input and the first relays supply input are connected to the output of a pressure breaker supplying a pulse which changes between supply and emptying pressures.
