The enuresis treatment equipment has detection electrodes normally is isolated from each other but mounted near the urethra and capable of being electrically connected by the urine, together with an electric generator applying stimuli to the patient when connection takes place. The stimulating impulses are shaped so that they approximate to that of the human cardiac impulses. This pulse shaper can be connected between the input and output of an impulse amplifier, having a controlled semi-conductor and a time-constant device. These render the amplifier non-conductive after a time lag. The urine detector can have a transistor whose collector-base path is connected to the electrodes, and which controls the supply to the generator.
