PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a generated command from overflowing from a command transmission buffer area even if memory capacity used for the command transmission buffer area is not increased.SOLUTION: Main processing includes a command concentration section in the beginning. In the command concentration section, a setting value command is generated (S41), then a game state command 1 is generated (S42), thereafter a game state command 2 is generated (S43), and then a game state command 3 is generated (S44). Further, the main processing has waiting time after the command concentration section passes (S45).
