PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete product manufacturing method capable of efficiently manufacturing two prestressed concrete products.SOLUTION: A mold 4 includes a one-side locking part 25 capable of locking an anchor plate 12 and an other-side locking part 26 capable of locking an anchor plate 16. Prestressing units 2, 3 are installed in the mold 4 to lock the anchor plate 12 to the one-side locking part 25 and lock the anchor plate 16 to the other-side locking part 26. A PC steel material 11 is strained to one side in the axial direction of the mold 4, and a PC steel material 15 is strained to the other side in the axial direction of the mold 4. In such a strained state of the PC steel materials 11, 15, concrete is placed into the mold 4. After a predetermined molding step and curing step, tensile force of each of the PC steel materials 11, 15 is released to apply a prestress to the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
