PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain overshoe that improves a wearing feel by using a high expansion material and that can be worn without impairing fashionability while, as an item for walking without making footwear like a shoe wet in a rainy weather, a commercially sold bag-like overshoe is boot-shaped and inconvenient for putting on and taking off, and also is unattractive when worn, with fashionability impaired.SOLUTION: A boat-shaped overshoe is formed using a highly expandable and transparent resin sheet (such as a polyurethane film), with an article of footwear inserted from the opening. A planar resin sheet is attached to one side and the rear of the overshoe and, after the article of footwear is inserted into the overshoe, the side resin sheet is pulled and stretched to the opposite side and fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener. Then, the resin sheet attached to the rear is wrapped around the ankle and fixed with the hook-and-loop fastener.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
