摘要

PURPOSE:Stable liquid crystal sealing is performed and its automation is made possible by connecting a liquid crystal boat to a liquid crystal vessel whose liquid crystal level therein is kept always constant by being detected with a detector, thereby filling the inside of the liquid crystal boat at a constant liquid level.
