Disclosed are a method and terminal for transmitting uplink control information. The method comprises: when K-number of serving cells are aggregated, dividing serving cells to which feedback of HARQ-ACK response information is required into two categories: category one serving cells are serving cells to which the HARQ-ACK response information among the serving cells is bound, category two serving cells are serving cells to which the HARQ-ACK response information among the serving cells is not bound, acquiring the HARQ-ACK response information, where the HARQ-ACK response information consists of HARQ-ACK response information corresponding to the category two serving cells or HARQ-ACK response information corresponding to the category one serving cells and to the category two serving cells, and K is a positive integer greater than 0; and, transmitting the acquired HARQ-ACK response information by employing a PUCCH. |
