PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic watch temperature detection circuit which features a simple circuit constitution to be suited for an integration formation, by using plural units of the resistance and the CMOS inverter groups of different temperature coefficients. Thus, a small-size and high-accuracy electronic watch can be produced. |
